What this covers
This policy covers KyaniteLabs public site forms, Kyanite Build Notes newsletter signups, implementation intake, contact requests, public analytics, and internal connected workflows used by authorized KyaniteLabs operators.
Data we use
Public forms may collect your name, email address, request context, newsletter interests, consent status, source page, timestamp, browser user agent, and IP-derived request metadata. Internal connected workflows may store connected account identifiers, display names, handles, access tokens, refresh tokens, post metadata, local media references, captions, and publishing status needed to operate approved posting workflows.
How data is used
We use public form data to reply to requests, review implementation fit, send Kyanite Build Notes when you explicitly subscribe, honor unsubscribe requests, troubleshoot form delivery, and maintain basic operational records. We use connected workflow data to authenticate accounts, upload approved content, track publishing state, troubleshoot failures, and maintain a human-reviewable content pipeline.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with platform APIs only as needed to authenticate, upload, or publish content that an authorized operator has approved. Email and infrastructure providers may process messages or operational logs as needed to run the site and newsletter workflow.
Retention and access
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Operational records and tokens are kept only as long as they are useful for the workflow or required for troubleshooting. Access is limited to authorized KyaniteLabs operators.
